Returns
To be eligible for a refund, a returned item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In its original box, unopened
- Unused and undamaged
- Sent back together with your receipt or invoice
We can’t refund items that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery. If your product arrives faulty, see our Warranty page instead.
Please pack your return securely and use a trackable service. Trio Kaden isn’t responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it against your receipt. After we confirm it, your refund is issued within 14 working days.
