Delivery times and charges
- West Malaysia: 1–3 working days after dispatch, by DHL
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 5–7 working days after dispatch, by DHL
- Singapore: next-day delivery after dispatch, by Teleport
Delivery charges are based on the weight and size of your order and are shown at checkout before you pay. Deliveries to some islands, hilly and remote areas may take longer.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, so they may ship as late as the following Tuesday.

I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?
Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us through any of the channels above with your order number, and we’ll update the address for you.
